Weight Loss

I've struggled with my weight since as far back as I can remember. I've lost and gained and lost and gained for the last ten years. I've tried every "diet" imaginable and some I'd like to forget. In September I decided I would make a lifestyle change. Not a diet, but a long term plan I could maintain for the rest of my life. My goal was not to be a number on a scale.
